Wet Slips are rented on a monthly basis. 
Slip rental includes water and electricity (110v) 
A monthly lease is required.
Sail and power are welcome. 
Slips are located in a completely protected basin

No less than 90% of the slips within this facility are available for rental on a “First-Come” basis to the general public.
